In this photo, I see a man in a navy uniform kissing a women in a white dress. They are in the center of the photo, and in the background are people in similar clothes smiling. Also, the men and women in the background are smiling, signaling that maybe the people in the background are friends with the two in the center. They are in a busy city and the photo is in black and white so the photo is decently old. I don't think this picture depicts assault because her body language doesn't seem like she's fighting it off. Also, the mans body language doesn't seem like hes forcing anything. The people smiling in the background also make this seem like it wasn't assault because if it was, I feel as if the possible friends would've stepped in, or even had a different look on their face.
